Seabridge Gold is a Toronto-based North American resource exploration company. Its 100% owned KSM project located in north-western British Columbia has proven and probable reserves of 38.million ounces of gold and 10.2 billion pounds of copper (2.198 billion tonnes averaging 0.55 gpt gold and 0.21% copper), making it the largest gold reserve in Canada and one of the largest in the world. The project’s Environmental Assessment Application received provincial government approval in July, 2014. Final federal approval was received in December, 2014.
Seabridge’s 100% owned Courageous Lake project located in Northwest Territories comprises 59 mining leases totalling more than 67,000 acres covering 85% of Matthews Lake Greenstone Belt and containing one of the largest undeveloped gold deposits in Canada.
Seabridge’s 100% owned Iskut Project located in north-western British Columbia, about 110 km northwest of Stewart and 30 km by air from Seabridge’s KSM Project, consists of a contiguous block of 100 Mineral Claims, 2 Mineral Leases and 13 Crown Grants covering 29,436 hectares (294 km²).
Seabridge’s 100% owned Snowstorm Project in Nevada, USA consists of 31 miles² of land holdings strategically located at the projected intersection of three of the most important gold trends in Northern Nevada: the Carlin Trend, the Getchell Trend and the Northern Nevada Rift Zone.
