About Aurwest Resources
Aurwest Resources combined Central Newfoundland properties consist of 47,800 (100%) hectares (478 km2)strategically located within the ”Golden Corridor”.
Key Infrastructure – The project has year round access and located directly below the Trans-Canada Highway (“TCH”) intersecting Grand Falls and the 360 Hwy running in parallel to the property (N to S). The Labrador-Island Transmission Link -Twin 230 kV main generation and transmission system crosses the entire Aurwest property (N to S).
Aurwest is well funded to pursue its exploration plans for 2022 including a Phase 2 Drill Program at Paradise Lake and additional field exploration work on the adjoining Miguels Lake and Stony Caldera property.
Several large high-grade gold systems are currently being explored along these major structural zones, including New Found Gold Corp.’s Queensway project, Marathon Gold Corporation’s Valentine Lake gold deposit (4M oz Au) to the south, the Sokomon Iron Inc.’s Moosehead gold project, and K9 Gold’s Stony Lake gold property to the north.
