Granite Creek is focused on the 100%-owned high-grade Stu Copper-Gold project located in the Minto Copper District of Canada’s Yukon, one of the highest-grade copper-gold-silver districts in North America.
The 115 square km property is on trend with neighbouring Pembridge Resources’ high-grade Minto Copper-Gold mine to the north and Copper North’s advanced-stage Carmacks Copper-Gold-Silver Project to the south. Geophysics, geochemistry and historic drilling all confirm the continuation of the mineralized geology that hasn’t seen modern exploration since the 1980’s. The project has excellent access to infrastructure with the nearby paved Yukon Highway 2, along with grid power within 12 km. The Company has an extensive historic database including drilling, trenching, geophysics and geochemical sampling and has developed multiple drill-ready targets with two at step-out drilling stage and six large scale, early-stage targets.
