About Loyalist Exploration:

Loyalist Exploration Limited (CNSX: PNGC) is executing a focused strategy of acquiring and advancing high-potential gold and strategic metals projects in the prolific Timmins Mining Camp – a district that has produced over 70 million ounces of gold and is host to one of the world’s largest volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits, the Kidd Creek Mine.

DigiGeoData - Loyalist Exploration Map

Loyalist acquired three high-potential gold and strategic metals projects in the Timmins Mining District:

Tully:

The Tully Project, located 25 kilometres northeast of Timmins and within the Timmins-Porcupine Gold Camp, hosts an historic indicated and inferred resource and sits just 2 kilometres from Gowest Gold Ltd.’s Bradshaw deposit. The uncapped historic estimate includes 362 kt of Indicated resources at 8.70 g/t (approximately 101,000 oz Au) and 186 kt of Inferred resources at 7.17 g/t (approximately 43,000 oz Au).
The project lies under approximately 30 metres of glacial cover, with its geology defined through extensive drilling and geophysics, including more than 350 holes and a long history of exploration.  This resource, along with Tully’s strong exploration potential and existing historic PEA, is guiding the Company as it advances a mining permit application to proceed with underground development and production at Tully.

Loveland:

The Loveland Property comprises 292 contiguous mineral claims totaling 6,244 hectares in the Porcupine Mining Division, positioned within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Historical work identified two notable zones: the Hollinger Zone with an estimated 422,350 short tons at 0.71% Ni and 0.42% Cu, and the Cominco Zone with 130,000 short tons at 0.73% Ni and 0.68% Cu, which have been consolidated into one project. More recent results include strong gold intercepts—such as 6.37 g/t Au over 8.55 m—and surface grab samples returning up to 11.48 g/t Au. The property remains open along strike and at depth across a 10-kilometre exploration corridor.

Gold Rush:

The Gold Rush Property lies 30 kilometres west of Timmins and comprises 41 mineral claims totaling 820 hectares. Historical work has outlined several priority areas, including the North Shaft Zone, North Vein Area, and Mid-Point Area. Fifteen drill holes have been completed to date, with the strongest intercept returning 2.08 g/t gold and 11.5 g/t silver over 1 metre. Surface sampling has also confirmed high-grade mineralization, including values up to 27.3 g/t gold from the North Shaft Zone and 11.2 g/t gold from the North Vein Area.

Loyalist Exploration Limited is focused on advancing its projects and pursuing its “Buy Timmins” strategy, grounded in the region’s rich history and remaining resource potential. With proven operations such as the Kidd Creek Mine, along with ongoing gold production from Pan American Silver (via its Timmins‑area mines) and Discovery Silver Corp. (through its recent acquisition of the former Porcupine assets), Timmins demonstrates real value. Loyalist offers investors a direct pathway to both established and emerging opportunities in this productive mining district.
