About Revival Gold Inc

Revival Gold is one of the largest pure-play gold mine developers in the United States, focused on restarting past-producing, brownfield gold mines in the western U.S. The Company is advancing development of the Mercur Gold Project in Utah and conducting exploration at the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project located in Idaho.

Mercur is a past-producing Carlin-type gold project spanning roughly 7,200 hectares.  A March 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment outlined an open-pit, heap-leach operation with average annual production of 95,600 ounces over a 10-year mine life, with an after-tax NPV (5%) of $741 million and 56% IRR at $3,000/oz gold.

Beartrack-Arnett, Revival’s founding asset, is a PFS-stage heap-leach restart project with significant high-grade exploration potential. The 6,300-hectare land package has a resource of 2.42 million ounces Measured & Indicated (86.2 million tonnes at 0.87 g/t gold) plus 2.19 million ounces Inferred (50.7 million tonnes at 1.34 g/t gold) spanning a 5.5 km of strike, with additional 10 km of strike with favourable geology offering significant exploration upside.

Both projects benefit from existing infrastructure.

Together, Mercur and Beartrack-Arnett position Revival Gold as a leveraged, multi-asset restart story with defined paths toward mine development and resource expansion in established U.S. mining jurisdictions.
