F4 Uranium Corp. follows Fission Energy, Fission Uranium, and F3 Uranium; it is a junior explorer run by one of Canada’s leading uranium exploration teams. In 2022, F3 Uranium made a new uranium discovery at the A1 conductor at the Patterson Lake North (‘PLN’) property, later dubbed the “JR zone”. In August 2024, shareholders voted in favor to spin out F4 Uranium Corp (F4). As a result of this vote certain properties including Murphy Lake, Lazy Edwards Bay and Cree Bay became assets of F4. This spin-out permits F3 Uranium to maintain sole focus on the PLN Project and JR zone discovery while allowing F4 to advance exploration on other prospective properties, providing shareholders renewed exposure to an early stage explorer . The Company’s management consists of Ray Ashley P.Geo as CEO, with Sam Hartmann P.Geo as President & COO, and Erik Sehn P.Geo as VP Exploration.
